History about VRU
Valaya Alangkorn Rajabhat University under the Royal Patronage (formerly Petchburiwittayalongkorn Teachers College) was established on 4 June 1932. It was named after the founder, Her Royal Highness Princess Valaya Alongkarn, Princess Krom Luang of Bejraburi Raja Sirindhorn, who was one of his Majesty King Chulalangkorn's daughters. She danated a plot of land to the Ministry of Education to establish Petchburiwittayalongkorn Teacher Training School. The current address of this original donation is No. 153, Petchburi Road, Thung Phayathai Sub-district, Rajathevi District, Bangkok
2515 B.E (1972 CE), The college expanded to its present location at No. 1, Sec. 20Paholyothin Raad, Klong Nueng Sub-district, Klong Luang District, Pathumthani.
Ajarn Uayporn Plengwanich, the administrator of the college,had contacted the governor of PathumthaniProvince, Mr. Prait Urairat. Consequently, this plot of land belonging to His Majesty the King was donated as a site for the new college campus
On 14 November 1974, His Majesty King Bhunibol Adulyadej (Rama IX), the late King granted the Royal Patronage to Petchburiwittayalongkorn Teacher College and its alumni
On 9 November 1975, Their Majesties the King and Queen, along with Princess Sirindhorn Debaratanasuda Kitivadhanadulsobhak, made a royal visit to dedicate the statue of HRH Princess Somdetch Phra Raja Pitucha Chao Fa Valaya Alongkorn, Kram Luang, Princess of Petchaburi
On 14 February 1992, His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej granted the name "Rajabhat Institute" to all Teachers' Colleges. The ward "rajabhat means civil servant
On 6 March 1995. His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej granted all Rajabhat
Institutes the right to use his royal seal as the emblem of the institute.
On 21 August 2002 His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej granted royal permission for the college to be titled as "Rajabhat Institute Valaya the Royal Patronage Alongkom under the Royal Patronage
On 10 lune 2004, His Majesty King Bhumibal Adulyadej signed the royal act "Rajabhat University Act 2004, which was announced in the Royal Gazette on 14 June 2004 This royal act upgraded the status of Rajabhat Institute Valaya Alongkorn to university level. Since 15 June 2004 the institution has been known by its curent title, Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the Royal Patronage

School’s Vision:
        Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University Under The Royal Patronage Laboratory School develops student in morality, ethics, science, mathematics, technology, and 3 language (Thai, English, Chinese). they emphasize the student centered learning, active learning activities, critical thinking activities, lifelong learning and build the good consciousness in Thai. Prepare the student for the Journey  to ASEAN Economic.

School Mission:
1.  To prepare the students best qualities in Mathematics, Science, English and Chinese.
2.  To develop the students in Thai cultures and Thai traditions of the local community.
3.  To develop Morality and Ethnic in students.
4.  To encourage the students abilities in Traditional Thai music, Thai dance, Chorus, Western music and sports.
5. To be research school for Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University Under The Royal Patronage, Faculty of Education students.

School Goals:
1.  Students will develop, Physical, Emotional, Social and Knowledge Intelligence.
2.  Students willbe good conscious in Art, Culture, Tradition and Community
3.  Student will be able to communicate in 3 languages in Thai, English and Chinese.
4.  Student will be able to use technology as a learning resource.

Objectives:
1. To study, research, and to be a lab to develop the student for psychology consultancy and learning theory of student progress in every level.
2. To demonstrate, research, and develop curriculum, method, evaluation, and assessment of curriculum.
3.  To be the place to practice teaching, to train to work, and to develop the occupation of student in faculty of education, Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University Under The Royal Patronage and other faculties in other universities.
4.  To be the model school for service area of Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University Under The Royal Patronage.
5.  To be the place where to held seminars to study and promote the culture and costume in other of maintain the heritage.

They divide into 3 levels:
1.  Kindergarten
2.  Primary Level (Prathomsuksa 1 – 6)
There are 2 programs :

3.   Secondary Level (Matthayomsuksa Level)
a.    Lower Secondary Level (Matthayomsuksa 1 – 3)

b.    High School Level (Matthayomsuksa 4 – 6)
There are 4 Programs :
·         Gifted Program (emphasize Science and Mathematics)

ACADEMIC SUPORT SYSTEM
The VRU Demonstration School has a good student academic support system.
  • ·   there are classrooms for kindergartens, elementary schools, junior high schools and high schools as the main place they get academic knowledge.
  • ·  In addition the VRU Demonstration School system has many buildings including library, laboratory, food courts, stationery store, the field, and others.

TEACHING SYSTEM
Active days for learning are 5 days per week, Monday to Friday (in Indonesia it is called a full day school). Before class learning begins every morning there is a flag ceremony and students' cellphones are collected so as not to interfere with learning activities. Main learning activities are in class. The teacher teaches interactively, especially in the subject of physics learning. The teacher presents several phenomena in everyday life to trigger students to think critically.

MATERIALS AND OTHER LEARNING RESOURCES
VRU Demonstration School has many learning materials and resources that are used to support student learning. student learning resources including learning books and explanations from the teacher, in addition there are practical tools in the laboratory that support student experiments. sometimes the teacher gives worksheets that are appropriate to the material and methods to be learned.

MEASUREMENT AND EVALUATION SYSTEM
One year is divided into two semesters. The teacher evaluates student learning each semester using the midterm and final semester exams. Teachers often measure students' understanding ability by giving tests after a chapter has been studied.

CURRICULUM
The curriculum used at the VRU Demonstration School is based on the Core Curriculum for Basic Education B.E 2551 (A.D. 2008), from the Ministry of Education in Thailand. This curriculum uses Thai, but there is also English.

TEACHING PLAN OF PHYSICS
Before doing learning in class the teacher prepares a Teaching plan or Lesson plan, where the lesson plan contains the flow of learning activities, tools and materials, worksheets and others that describe the learning that will take place.
